A feast of charcoal-grilled dishes and fresh ingredients
We slowly grill fresh morning-slaughtered chicken over charcoal and offer a variety of dishes such as sashimi, rare skewers, and local chicken skewers. There are also à la carte dishes and hot-pot dishes made with vegetables delivered directly from contracted farms, and although it is a yakitori izakaya, its appeal lies in a menu designed to “deeply savor the chicken.”
A tranquil riverside space close to the station
Excellent access — about a 1-minute walk from the nearest Saginomiya Station. The interior has roughly 22 seats in total; both the counter and tables are well suited to small groups, creating a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to drop in for a light drink after work or for gatherings with friends and acquaintances.
Opened in 2010 · A history devoted to chicken ingredients
Opened on October 13, 2010, it began as an izakaya specializing in chicken dishes. Focusing on yakitori, it expanded its offerings to include sashimi and hot-pot dishes, and has become rooted in the community while making changes to its operating style—for example, taking a break from skewers on Mondays and serving à la carte dishes—tracing its development over time.
